3. Installation and Ajustment
a. The machine should be placed on the smooth solid ground.
b. Inspecting each connection spot whether installs firmly, whether the power-supply wiring is correct (attention to telling whether engine is reversing), finally turning on the electric appliance box, pushing up the air switch, closing the electrically controlled box .
c. Connecting the 220V power source.
d. Make sure earth the wire to the ground very well
4. Process of operation
a. Starting the fiber feeder: Pressing the power switch on button of electricity and air box first, at that time the red power light is on, then pressing the start button, and then may twist successively the spikes ribbon/scrape/conveyor belt button to the circular telegram position according to the actual situation, the engine obtain the electricity, the machine starts to work.
b. Feeding: After the conveyor belt working, the operator is able to open the feeding door, adding a bale of raw fiber to the conveyor belt, after finishing this step please close the feeding door. Attention: When feeding, please pay attention to clearing the iron wire , (bandage) and so on which are used for packing in order to avoid delivering in the equipment to damage the machine
c. infrared monitor of feeding outlet: When the feeding outlet jamed, if the infrared monitor was covered surpass ten seconds, the engine of conveyor belt will be namely power failure , the conveyor belt stops supplying the material immediately. After solving the jamming problem, engine instantly recover normal working. The conveyor belt starts to supply the material.
d. If there is an accident, please press the stop button anxiously, the power source will be cut off.
5. Protection and maintenance
a. On regular cleaning up the fiber which on the spikes, scrape and axis as well.
b. The bearing seat and the reduction gear and so on are needed for half year to maintain one time, replenishing lubricating oil.
c Keep working environment and machine clean.
6.Other things
Safety attention:
When feeding, forbidding strictly the personnel standing on the conveyor belt in order to avoid any danger!
If there has the unusual situation, please press the stop button which in the electrical and air box immediately!
